Pricing and Title of Goods

All prices displayed on our website are in £Sterling. Every effort is made by us to ensure that our pricing is accurate. If an error is found however, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange any further payment due or of course refund, whichever is applicable at the time.

Title of goods from us will not pass to you until payment has been received in full from you, and that payment has cleared our bank.

We reserve the right to change any pricing within this website without prior notice.

Orders Placed

You will automatically receive a confirmation email from us once your order has been placed.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where a transaction has details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected. No form of refund or credit will be issued to any third party card or account.

Cancellation Rights, Refunds & Returns

You have an unconditional right to cancel your order. This is to allow you the opportunity to examine the goods we have sent you. If you cancel an order, written notice must be given within seven working days from the day after the goods were received by you; you must include the goods, unused and unopened, with your written cancellation.

On receipt of a valid cancellation we will refund your money as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Please email us BEFORE any goods are returned for exchange or credit. We will advise you what procedure to follow once we know the nature of your problem.

Goods must be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging.

All carriage costs for the return are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. We recommend using a registered or recorded service which will only cost a small amount more. We cannot be responsible for damages or lost deliveries.

We will not issue a refund for any goods lost or stolen whilst in transit back to us. In this instance, you should claim compensation from your carrier.

We will refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred by you when returning any product supplied incorrectly or has been found to be defective on return to us.

We would aim to process and deal with all returns, claims and complaints within 7 working days.

We will not be responsible for issuing any credit or refund for goods ordered incorrectly.

Faulty Products

Subject to the above returns policy, where a product is found to be faulty by a customer, it may be returned after contacting us via email.

Complaints

Whilst we would hope this occasion would not arise, should you have a complaint, please email us with full details, and your contact number. We will always try to solve your complaint within 48 hours.
